100 mb webspace This is the amount of data allowed on the web server. Email inboxes do not count towards this limit. 5gb Data Transfer per month Data transfer is the total amount of all inbound and outband traffic to your website. Each time someone visits your website, or new files are uploaded to the web server, you are transferring data. This all counts towards the 5gb of data per month. For regular websites without large multimedia files, 100mb of web traffic is equal to approximately 4,000 page views. Email Accounts - 20x 100mb POP mail accounts A POP (Post Office Protocol) mail account is a way in which email is received and held for you on the server. When you check your email using a mail package eg., Outlook, mail is downloaded to your computer and is deleted from the server. Up to 20 email accounts can be set up for you (eg., office@yourname.com.au). Webmail If you are unable to access your email through your POP Account on your computer, you may access your email through an internet connection using a web browser (eg., Internet Explorer). This is accessed through a URL for example: http://webmail.yourname.com.au Catchall Address A Catchall Address is an email address that you designate to 'catch' all incoming emails that have no valid recipient. Anti-Spam Anti-Spam filters are set up on the mail server which allows you to filter and remove spam before it hits your Inbox. Website Statistics We will provide you with regular reports (or as requested), to measure the success of your website.
